QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q:  Can I order a custom-phrased banner?

A:  No, sorry.

Banter Banner is more of a curated gallery.  But feel free to dissasemble/spray-paint letters as stencil, or just get inspired from this site to go out and craft your own.  In the end, whatever spreads the JOIE I am glad for!

Q:  What if I want a banner but in a different color than pictured?

A:  At this point, each banner in the gallery is only available in one color, as shown.  But as I grow the business, this may change!  I'm really partial to the black, white and gold ones myself, and wouldn't mind all of them being available in those.  But for the time being, I chose a shade most suited to the overall gist of each phrase.

Q:  What are the banners made of?

A:  Poster-weight paper with grey backing.  Some are matte-finish, some shiny/foiled.  Grommets are silver and string-ties white.

Q:  Where are the banners made?

A:  The first round of banners were made in a small factory in the Shenzen district of China.  I am currently speaking with die-cutters here in the U.S.
  I'd like to bring a lot of the production stateside ultimately even striving the get these babies on recycled paper!  (If anyone's friend/brother/mother's company might be capable and interested in making banners, shoot me an email!  Much appreciated.)

Q:  Do I have to pay sales tax?

A:  Only in the two states where Banter Banner has a physical presence - New York (my petite but charming HQ) & Massachusetts (my shipping center).  Wish it didn't have to be, but I like to stay on good terms with Uncle Sam.  He can be a grump sometimes.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Please visit "SHIPPING & RETURNS" page (found in the sidebar.)

Q:  Are the banners available wholesale?

A:  Yes.  Please email me with inquiries.

Q:  Angela, you're a grown woman.  Are you really “Cullen at heart”?

A:  Yes!  I just can’t help myself.  Devoured those books and must confess that life as a vampire, especially with a fox such as Edward, seems very appealing.  I’m also a fan of being young at heart.  That’s it, see?
Vampire = young forever.  Ha!
