SHIPPING
I work with a terrificly reliable fulfillment center, Sprocket Express (named after the owner's dog - a piece of trivia that sold me on working with them, on top of their spotless work history and all around personable nature).
They are based out of Massachusetts, so keep this in mind for travel time.
All orders will be sent within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receipt. Hooray for no waiting!
(You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number if relevant to the method of shipping.)
We offer USPS or UPS, your choice.
Your choice also of express/ground/priority, etc...
FYI: (Banners are shipped in small padded envelope: should be pretty mailbox friendly!)
Oh, and you only pay the exact shipping cost. No handling fees to be found hidden at Banter Banner. Those are on me!
RETURNS
If your banner is in anyway damaged, (it's rare, but here and there a letter has simply gone out to lunch, or an M has been accidentally strung as W!) please return it to me and I'll send you a replacement plus any additional banner of your choice for the inconvenience.
Please do this within 7 days of receipt.
